MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF COMMISSIONERS
Held on Monday, July 22, 2019
At Coach’s On the Lake, Muskego, Wisconsin
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: The following Commissioners were present: Jeff Jones, Katherine Schauer, Tim Laseke, and Kevin Kubacki. Not attending was Keith Hammit.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A motion was made by Jeff Jones, seconded by Tim Laseke, and passed unanimously to approve the 6/5/2019 meeting minutes.

PUBLIC NOTICE STATEMENT: We posted the Meeting Notice at the Muskego Public Library, Police Station and City Hall 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
SONAR UPDATE: Our target was 4ppb of Sonar after the first application. The first measurement of the Sonar level was just over 2ppb and a subsequent measure was 2.7ppb. We are looking to trigger a second bump of Sonar to enhance the initial results and the cost for the additional treatment. More details are found on the Project page of ldld.org.
ANNUAL MEETING: The annual meeting agenda with a proposed budget were discussed. Katherine Schauer motioned to approve the agenda and budget, seconded by Jeff Jones and all approved. Notice of the Annual Meeting will be given to all electors within the district and to all owners of property within the district, that a meeting of the Lake Denoon Lake District, IN THE COUNTY OF Waukesha, Wisconsin will be held on the 26th day of August 2019, at 6 P.M. at Muskego City Hall.
NEW BUSINESS: No New Business was discussed.
ADJOURN: Kevin Kubacki motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Tim Laseke and all approved. The meeting concluded at approximately 6:50 P.M.
