Lake Denoon Lake District
formerly known as: Lake Denoon Advancement Association

Lake Denoon Lake District (LDLD) was established in May 2018 under WI Statute Chapter 33 Subchapter IV and incorporated in August 2018 as a Wisconsin Chapter 181, non-stock, not for profit corporation with the stated purpose:  "To manage and protect the resource known as Lake Denoon principally located in Waukesha County".

The LDLD is governed by a board of seven commissioners where:

• five are district residents serving 3-year terms;

• one is the county representative (as required by state law);

• one is the city representative (as required by state law)
