Effective Immediately - Slow No Wake

The present water level on Lake Denoon is 1 foot 3 inches above the spillway.  According to the City of Muskego ordinance, the level is 3 inches above the water level used to determine a Slow No Wake condition. Potential risks include shoreline erosion, property damage, and safety concerns from wake activity.
As a result, the City of Muskego has declared Lake Denoon is presently under a Slow-No-Wake condition.
The Department of Public Works will immediately install "Slow No Wake" signage at the Denoon Park and Hart Drive boat Launches.
The City will continue to monitor the lake level and will determine when it is safe to remove the Slow No Wake designation.
Any questions or concerns can be sent to the board at commissioners@ldld.org
Thank you.
