Initial Sonar Treatment Conducted

The initial application of Sonar (Fluridone) was conducted by Marine Biochemists Monday 6/3/19 from 10:15am - 1:30pm. There are no EPA lake usage restriction associated with Sonar. The treatment report indicates the pellets were dropped in a ring all around the lake. Water samples will be taken in three-weeks to measure residual concentrations. It may be another 6-8 weeks before effects are noticeable. See the Projects page for more details.
