CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL/STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE:
The following Commissioners were present: Jeff Jones, Katherine Schauer, Tim Laseke, and Kevin Kubacki. Not attending was Keith Hammitt.
ACTING COMMISSIONER:
Katherine Schauer’s two-year term as Secretary for the LDLD board has expired. Tim Laseke did report that others have expressed interest in becoming a board member. Since an in-person vote is required to keep/change her commissioner’s role, Tim Laseke has motioned to retain Katherine as the acting Secretary until an in-person vote is possible. Jeff Jones seconded the motion and all approved.
EXPANSION OF THE POSITIONS ON THE LDLD BOARD:
The board members discussed the possibility of increasing the number of commissioners especially due to the LDAA dissolution. This topic will be taken under consideration at a later date.
ADJOURNMENT
Tim Laseke motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Katherine Schauer and all approved.
